New account handlers in the Scout & Guide Service Team

At Unity we’re pleased to welcome three new members of staff to the Scout & Guide Service Team, Sophie Burgin, Daniel Compton and Loredana Sciortino.  All three have worked in leading financial services organisations in customer facing roles. 

Sophie joins the team having worked for a life insurance intermediary after graduating from the University of Brighton having studied Philosophy, Politics and Ethics. 

Daniel worked at Legal &General for 5 years as a group risk service consultant before joining Unity.  Previously he spent 10 years in retail management with Tesco and Marks & Spencers.

Loredana used to work as account handler for AIG (American International Group), dealing with different type of tasks such as medical assistance coordinator and claim agent.
 
Our recent customer service surveys of our Scout and Girlguiding customers show that 82% were either very satisfied or satisfied with the service from us. (Based on 201 replies to our survey from November 2020 to October 2021). But we want to do even better.  Our new staff members are looking forward to building on these results, and delivering a great customer service supporting our Scouting and Girlguiding customers with their insurance cover and questions.
