Who we are

We're a charity owned insurance broker with 80 years of experience in crafting the perfect policy for our customers. We channel this expertise into building bespoke packages that cover the specific insurance needs of not-for-profits, community groups and businesses. From protecting people, property and personal data from a range of risks, to guiding our clients through the claims process, we make insurance easy so others can focus on making a difference.

We’re really proud to be part of such an important youth charity, the Scouts, and to be helping them and other community-minded organisations find affordable insurance. Money can be a major concern in this challenging and competitive economy, especially for non-profits and small start-ups. It’s great knowing we’re helping people avoid unnecessary expenses by arranging specific cover for their needs, and giving them some peace of mind. And what’s more? Our own profits are helping young people learn skills for life. Last year we were delighted to give over £1 million pounds back to the Scouts.

Our experience and knowledge

Over the past 80 years we’ve learnt a lot from the claims we’ve handled, but as we’ve learnt this year, new risks can emerge and we must adapt rapidly. So we’re increasing our online content, such as blog posts and newsletters, to provide more topical advice such as how to work safely from home and avoid cybercrime.

Our latest customer survey showed that 84% of respondents were satisfied with our service. This is testament to our team of professional insurance advisors who are passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
