Lynsey Richardson as an Account Handler in the retention team for the Scouts and Guides insurance. Previously Lynsey worked at Legal & General as a Customer Service Advisor.
Emma Clowsley, our new Risk and Compliance Manager. Emma comes from Bupa Global and Regis Mutual Management and brings huge experience. Emma will be ensuring we stay compliant with increasing governance and GDPR regulations to uphold.
Sean Snead, our new Account Hander in our charity team. Sean brings over 8 years’ insurance experience in with AIG, Synergy and Plum Underwriting.
Leah Bray our new a Senior Account Handler. Leah is one of the main contact points for our Scout and Guide customers for their insurance needs. Leah has over 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, learning her trade with one of the UK’s leading providers of Income Protection Insurance.
Lucy Connor, our Commercial Claims Handler. Lucy has joined us from a loss adjusting background and has been handling commercial property claims for seventeen years. She is responsible for processing the claims for the Scout and Guide groups, assisting policyholders and bringing claims to fruition.
