We have some fantastic news to share. With effect from 1st October 2023, we proudly introduce Philip Johnson as our new Managing Director. This internal promotion signifies a remarkable milestone in Philip's Unity journey, and we're thrilled to celebrate it with you our valued partners.

Philip began his journey with Unity in 2014. His personal growth within Unity tells a story of dedication and progress. Starting as a Sales Manager, his work ethic and results-oriented approach was recognised. Philip then became Head of Operations, where he displayed excellent leadership skills particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, with home working set ups and a new Unity IT system. A further promotion to Head of Broking saw yet more strategic thinking and a deeper understanding of our staff, customers and partners.

Philip believes Unity's success is a collective effort, and his leadership mirrors this belief, personifying the Unity spirit.

As Philip steps into the role of Managing Director at Unity, we are confident that his vision, dedication, and leadership will continue to propel our organisation to new heights. His promotion reflects the exceptional talent within Unity, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact he will make on our future accomplishments.
