Continuing to make improvements to our customer service
Here at Unity we pride ourselves on our team. Our recent customer service surveys show that our team are our greatest asset. The vast majority of our customers speak highly of our staff and are happy with the service that they provide.
So, with this in mind we have decided to make even further improvements to our service teams, to ensure our customers continue to get the service they have grown to expect.
Our new service leader
We’ve created a new role of Service Leader and are pleased to be promoting Karen Stockbridge to lead the Scout & Guide Service Team. Karen’s new role will encompass reviewing and make further overall improvements to the level of service that Unity provides. Karen has already been with Unity for 30 years so is an experienced member of our team and is looking forward to taking on this new role and passing on her knowledge.
We’re also growing our service team. We’re very pleased to welcome Lynsey Richardson and Colin Hedgecock as Account Handlers to the service team for the Scouts and Guides insurance.
Previously Lynsey worked at Legal & General in the Critical, Terminal and Children’s Illness Claims department as a Customer Service Advisor. While Colin has over 15 years’ experience within insurance, holding previous roles at Norwich Union, Zenith Insurance and Markerstudy Insurance.
We’re sure that they’ll both be a great asset to the team.
