Customer Service Improvements: Our new online portal

Here at Unity, we recognise life is busy and are thrilled to be launching a new online portal to provide you with a 24/7 option for your insurance needs.  A one stop shop which allows you to: 

  • View your insurance documents, and
  • Report claims. 

All this at a time that suits you and also saving you time.

Viewing Documents

You’ll also be able to view your policy documents to check cover on the schedules*, see policy wordings, note renewal dates and have access to financial statements, invoices and receipts. 

Initially Scout and Guide Travel and Scout Personal Injury Plans documents will not be available on line, but we plan to add these shortly.

* Schedules and policy wordings will be available online for new business policies effective from 1st July 2022, and all existing policies when they renew from 1st July 2022. 

Reporting Claims

Our portal also allows you to report claims. Simply log on and notify us online at your convenience.  You can also view the current position of outstanding claims and see settled claims. 

How to Access the Portal

We have created the portal to be user friendly.
All you need is the email address, which Unity use to communicate with you.
Go to our website, https://www.unityinsuranceservices.co.uk/, and you’ll see a client logon button in the top right corner.

Rest assured, we understand there are times when you’d rather speak to one of our experienced team members.  Our phone lines remain unchanged.  We’ll also still continue to take card payments over the phone, bank transfers, cheques and provide direct debit options.
